Return Window & Contact

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please contact us at info@panchoandlefty.se to authorize your return before shipping anything back.

Shipping & Conditions

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Items must arrive back to us within 1 to 2 weeks of contacting us.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exceptions & Credits

Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Custom orders, special orders, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Rules & Liability

Please do not refuse or reject your package. Refused deliveries incur extremely high UPS handling fees which will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the package and its contents until it safely reaches us.

We abide by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) guidelines regarding online shopping.
