Ordering
When your order is finalized, you will receive an email confirming this. After that, yet another email will be sent to you with UPS tracking information. You can not cancel your order once this email has been sent / received. We reserve the right to not deliver in case of incorrect stock level, and for any typographical errors on the site. Measurements stated on the site can differ from season to season / garment to garment.
Payment
We accept all major cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express through Shopify. We also accept Paypal payments and Klarna.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is made within 1-2 workdays with the UPS.
Please note: You must contact the store before making a return. Custom orders / special orders can not be returned.
You have the right to return the product for a refund if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint. Store credit will be given on sales/discounted items. Shipping cost will not be refunded. (The package must be accepted and can not be refused due to extremely high UPS handling costs)
All returns must be made within 10 days after receiving the product. Buyer pays and arranges return shipping. (The returned item must arrive back here at P & L within reasonable time. Around 1-3 weeks depending on your location)

The product must be unworn and price tags, stickers, original packaging etc, must also be returned.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We abide the Swedish / EU's Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding internet shopping.

Pancho And Lefty tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. Pancho And Lefty does not promise that Pancho And Lefty’s Content is accurate or error-free.
