Refund policy
Please note: You must contact the store before making a return. Custom orders / special orders can not be returned.
You have the right to return the product for a refund if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint. Store credit will be given on sales/discounted items. Shipping cost will not be refunded. (The package must be accepted and can not be refused due to extremely high UPS handling costs)
All returns must be made within 10 days after receiving the product. Buyer pays and arranges return shipping. (The returned item must arrive back here at P & L within reasonable time. Around 1-3 weeks depending on your location)

The product must be unworn and price tags, stickers, original packaging etc, must also be returned.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We abide the Swedish / EU's Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding internet shopping.
